We are registered with PEXA meaning you can choose to have an electronic settlement. Electronic settlements mean there is no more waiting for cheques to be banked and cleared. Sale proceeds are automatically transferred as cleared funds at the time of settlement. There are also fewer manual processes so there is less risk of a delayed settlement.
Buying We can act on your behalf for residential purchases, commercial purchases, buying off-the-plan and electronic settlements as we are registered with PEXA. We can review your contract prior to you signing so that you know exactly what it is you are buying. We can give you advice on what to do when inspecting a property to buy and also on what special conditions you can add to the contract to better protect you and you rights. We will prepare the relevant forms to ensure you receive the best possible discount on stamp duty that you are entitled to. Ownership Changes We prepare and process all the relevant documents and requirements to change the names on your title quickly and easily.
Plan of Subdivision We work with your surveyor and bank to process and lodge your plan of subdivision so development can happen faster.
Discharge of Mortgage / Refinancing We help keep the banks on track to get your discharge or refinance processed and finalised as fast as possible. We will prepare any required documents to enable settlement to take place for your refinance.
Title Insurance We can arrange for a title insurance policy to cover you against things like title fraud and illegal structures for the lifetime that you own the property. We do not charge you for this service, all you pay is the insurance fee.
